Carolyn S. Clement

Carolyn Clement, 80, of Camdenton, Missouri peacefully passed away with family by her side on January 26, 2022. Carolyn was born on September 19, 1941 to Victor and Vickey Holmes in Kansas City, Kansas. Carolyn graduated from Wyandotte High School in 1959 and married her husband of 61 years, Jerry D. Clement in 1960. She was a loving mother of two children, Beth Ann Clement and Jeffrey Scott Clement. Carolyn worked as an attendance secretary at Turner High School, and account manager at Wyandotte Credit Union before retiring to her and Jerry's dream home on Lake of the Ozarks in 2004. Carolyn enjoyed and cherished her road trips "in the van", with Jerry and their best friends and lake neighbors, David and Judy Clement. She loved reading and watching mysteries, history and trivia, and playing cards with her many friends throughout the years. She shared in many intimate one-on-one conversations, and made special memories with family and friends, talking late into the night on the porch. She always had time to listen. Carolyn was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend. She loved her family, and they loved her. She was predeceased by her parents, Victor and Vickey Holmes, and her husband, Jerry Clement. She is survived by her brother, Larry Holmes and his wife Kathy, daughter, Beth Clement, son, Jeff Clement and his wife, Carla, grandson, Joshua Clement, granddaughter, Brittany Rajda and her husband, James, grandson, Brett Clement, granddaughter, Michala Hooper, great granddaughter, Raegan Rajda, great grandson, Jackson Jerry Rajda, and by so many loved nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 1:00 pm, followed by a 2:00 pm service at Maple Hill Funeral Home, 3300 Shawnee Drive, Kansas City, Kansas.
