Buddy is preceded in death by his father Buddy Lee Parker. He is survived by his mother Betty P. Creten; 3 brothers Dewey Parker, Kurt Parker and Clarence Forshey. There will be a visitation on Thursday, December 9, from 1- 2PM, with a memorial service starting at 2PM all at Maple Hill Funeral Home.
