Gary "Neil" Flinn

Gary “Neil” Flinn, 33, of Kansas City, Kansas entered eternal life on January 28, 2022. Neil was born on July 10, 1988, the son of Neil and Lynn Flinn. He is survived by his wife Marissa Flinn, together for 16 years and married for 12; both parents Neil and Lynn Flinn; daughters Nevaeh and Amayah Flinn; brothers Justin Lloyd (Molly) Flinn and Joseph Dalton (Miranda) Flinn; In-laws Gary (Marie) Rivera; brother in-laws Montana Rivera, Mark Cross, Carlos Macias; Sister in-laws Nina Rivera, Cyrisse and Lynette Rios, Jessica Lopez and many nieces and nephews. Neil valued the quality time he had with his family. But most of all, his greatest joys included being a husband and a father. His daughters meant the absolute world to him. Neil was a man of many hobbies, which included deer and waterfowl hunting. He rarely missed a pheasant opener and looked forward to it every year with friends and family. Neil also had a passion for riding his Harley with his dad and brothers and loved ones. He had a fantastic sense of humor and a laugh that could not be duplicated. He enjoyed spending the summers at the lake, fishing and being outdoors. (and all the good stuff) Neil was a very generous, goodhearted loving person. This world was a better place with him in it. Neil was a member of the 1290 Laborers Union and a proud employee at McANANY Construction. There will be a visitation on Sunday, February 6, from 4- 6PM, with a funeral service Monday, February 7, at 1PM all at Maple Hill Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.
