    Patricia Ann Hodge

    December 23, 1941 - August 10, 2020

Patricia Ann Hodge, 78, of Kansas City. KS, passed away August 10, 2020 at Adventhealth Shawnee. She was born December 23, 1941 in Kansas City, KS the daughter of Monroe and Ethel Shepard. She attended Wyandotte high school. Patricia married the love of her life, Lester Lee Hodge in Miami, Oklahoma on August 23rd 1957. Patricia worked as a cafeteria manager for the Springfield Public School system until retirement. Her greatest joys were spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also took many trips with her sisters exploring the United States and Carribean creating special memories along the way. Lester and Patricia shared their love for the lake with nieces, nephews, and grandchildren alike. Above everything on this earth, she loved her Lord and Savior. She was ready to rejoice at His feet with Lester by her side. We are certain mom and dad are hand in hand at this very moment singing with the angels. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Lester Lee Hodge, her parents Monroe and Ethel Shepard, brothers-in-law Bill Cocks, Sam Hunsucker and Virgil Hodge. She is survived by sisters Linda Cocks (Bill), Sandy McCullagh (John) and Mary McCombs (James), sister-in-law Margaret Hunsucker, her son Russell Lee Hodge (Diane), her daughter Victoria Lynn Franck (Daniel), her grandchildren Shaun Hodge (Mallory), Troy Jordan (Kelsie), Matt Hodge (Bailey), Adam Jordan (Kelsey), Jacob Hodge (Nichole) and her precious beloved great-grandchildren Nicholas, Hailey, Lizzy, Maverick, Sativa, and Stetson Lee. She is also survived by her beloved nieces and nephews Michael, Scott, Kim, Tina, Cheron, Mandy, Angie, Krista, Terri and Dallas. The family will hold graveside service Saturday, 2PM September 12, 2020 at Evergreen Cemetery, Republic Mo
