Teresina L. Huffman Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Teresina Louise Huffman, 63, of Edwardsville, Kansas passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born March 15, 1958 in Kansas City, Kansas the daughter of Richard and Frances Wright. On December 10, 1976 she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Earl Huffman. Teresina enjoyed crocheting, painting, sewing, and several other hobbies. She also liked to bake cakes and can food from her garden. Most importantly Teresina loved being a mother and caregiver, not only to her own children, but to many she loved as her own. She was always there to welcome others into her home whenever needed and offered a helping hand when asked. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Frances; and two siblings, Richard Wright and Hazel Anderson. She is survived by her brother, Terry Wright; her husband of 44 years, Earl Huffman; three children, Shawna Stites (FB) Earl Huffman JR, (Amanda) and Ricky Huffman (Kayleigh); grandchildren, Christopher, Tate, Logann, Hunter, DJ, Nevaeh, Brittney, Ariel, Kaylynn, Walker, Wyatt, Dorryen, and Raymond; and great grandchildren, Avery, Christopher, DeLeon, and Andrew. A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 AM with a graveside service beginning at 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at the Maple Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery.
